Run only 17 minutes (about 2K) inside the trail. Have to walk back after that. Run almost at my top speed so I can't manage to finish my usual route.
Run out of bread at home so no breakfast...maybe that's part of the reason.

Eventful weekend
Saturday: hubby off to auto cross. And I had a card making gathering with people met from online forum. I'm glad to meet someone with same hobby! We chit chat and share some useful tips! The only thing I feel bad is that I was 30 mins late. I think I should buy something there so I went off to buy half dozen cake. And that detour my way to her house. And I'm still glad that I did that, because the other girl just brought a goodie bag to everyone of us! I would feel extremely bad if I go there with empty hands. I got the goodie bag and a StampinUp catelogue book.
Sunday: It's the BMW Club Fahrt Ins Blaue event again. It's a bit different route from last time. Despite the rain, we had a fun drive! Some pictures here. Same as before, we had lunch in the Mission Spring Restaurant. At first I told myself I'm not gonna have buffet there but too bad I failed...I was starving at that moment (1:30pm) and I can't stand people starting to have their food but I had to wait for my order with an empty stomach...Too bad my mind is not strong enough. I had quite a lot of food...but...I do go light at dinner time. Only two bowl of chicken noodle soup with lots of veggie. Just before head back home for dinner, I shopped a bit in Holt Renfrew. I was hoping to see the Valentino bag I like, too bad it's not there. I do see a few more new bags for this season but I found them don't look as good as on the website. Yeah...definitely should see the real thing before purchase. And just notice...there is no more flat rate day time parking on Sunday in PC. Used to be $4 whole day. Now it's $1.5/hour on Sat/Sun and $6 for evening. After that, we went head back to Richmond to buy some grocery. Bump into a friend in T&T and they said they saw us in Aberdeen Center short while ago. I started to notice that I do bump into them quite a few times already. The last time is January. How often that you do bump into friends, if you don't have a lot of friends in the first place? It's just amazing, when I come to think about it. It has to be that exact same moment that both are in that location! We chat a bit when we are lining up at the cashier. And later found out we actually park our cars closed too! And then...I heard another person called my name from behind: bump into another friend in the parking lot! (also funny that all of us driving BMWs) What a day! I am actually glad that I didn't dress up like a bum today (sometimes I do). Otherwise I may pretend that I don't see them, or actually people will not recognize me! Haa haa! After dinner, found out Da Vinci Code is showing on History Channel and so I watched it, with my laptop on. So that I check the plot and any words that I don't know on dictionary.com. My hubby mentioned that his Christian coworker hates this movie. But come to think about it...it's a MOVIE...whatever it shows...could be mix of real + friction. It's a novel, book, creation, after all. And whatever history we saw on book...is it 100% real? Whoever record history may has his/her own perspective and facts could also be twisted or evident could be faked? I guess I just had a doubtful mind at times. :)

Exercise Log (Day 2)
My thigh is still sore from the run 2 days ago. So today I just ran 20 minutes (2.5km) and fast walk on the way back (25 minutes for 2.5km).
I'm glad that I did not eat any extra stuff in the past 2 days. And I am slowly changing my dinner to less rice (just a spoonful) with more veggie and meat.
Instead, I had my carb mainly during breakfast hour (3 small pieces of whole wheat bread). Hoping to slowly reduce it but will see because I need enough energy to exercise during lunch hour.

This time I would like to share some scenic shots.
If you go to Macau, you probably would like to go to the Venetian hotel. It's even larger than the Las Vegas one. Since I have stayed there last year, I choose to stay in another hotel this time.

Macau Trip Part 1

今次繼續講食。
1. 陶陶居
都係翅出名。如果無記錯，呢煲雞燉翅好似係＄800HK，我哋四個人，每人都有兩碗。

咸魚蒸肉餅
糯米飯
很喜歡這個甜品。裡面係炸鮮奶，外面有啲好脆嘅杏仁片。
2. 木偶餐廳
食葡國菜嘅。我好耐都無去過喇，宜家裝修得幾靚。
薯蓉菜湯
非常鬆脆嘅豬仔飽
馬加休餅: 馬加休，其實即係葡國咸魚。不過無中式咸魚咁咸。馬加休餅就混合咗啲薯蓉做成，唔會太咸。
燒鱔，有少少似燒饅魚。呢個我覺得普通。

焗馬加休 - for some reason, I think this one is rather salty.
葡式焗乳豬 - 個皮焗得好鬆化，正！
呢個就麻麻哋。唔係啲味道嘅問題，係隻蝦唔係好新鮮。
另外仲有豬扒飽，木糠布甸。
如果無記錯，around $300HK/person。
最鍾意就係個馬加休餅和乳豬，其他一般啦。不過呢個價錢都算OK。
3.新葡京自助餐
要很早預訂，仲要過埋credit card付錢，可見受歡迎程度。
不過佢唔俾影相。所以影唔到啲食物。
大概講吓有咩啦。
日式魚生，壽司
生蠔，凍蝦
印度菜，italian pizza／pasta
牛油蒜蓉炒king crab leg
北海道帶子
燒味部，點心
有個魚缸裡面有新鮮蝦，即撈即煮。
麵檔替你即刻煮麵。。。等等
甜品就有chocolate fountain，即刻整嘅crepe，cake，糖水等等。
根本就無可能食得哂所有嘢。。。都係大約＄300／person
最後，唔知你哋鍾唔鐘意食葡撻呢？
我就去咗葡撻嘅發源地，Lord Stow's Bakery。喺路環嘅。
就係呢間舖頭發明葡撻嘅，所以今次特別坐車入去路環食。
佢個皮整得好香，我唔識形容，總之我覺得好好食。＄7一件，不過坐的士由Venetian去都要成＄30，出番嚟就坐巴士，都係＄5一位。

今次講小食。我其實好少食街頭食物嘅，最多都係食雞蛋仔同豬腸粉。
起初無唯意，我真係次次經過都見到排隊。所以就試吓。
真係好好好掂，每一笠雞蛋仔都係鬆脆嘅。
門口貼咗啲明星相。
位置就喺灣仔電腦城出面。
另外，我每次喺香港都一定去嗰度食豬腸粉, 都係喺灣仔，粵華樂器對面。個名好似叫腸粉皇.
無picture，因為次次買完都急不及待食，唔記得影。
都係灣仔，泰昌餅家，肥彭食過嘅。
買咗普通蛋撻，蛋白蛋撻，同埋沙翁。
不過如果你鐘意食酥皮，就會失望，因為佢個皮係牛油皮，係好香牛油味嘅。
其他大眾化餐廳。
Polka Cafe，啲嘢食都ok啦。coffee比較好。 遲啲先補番啲pictures.
Italian tomato，日式西餐廳。 個hazelnut cake好香，mango cake就普普通通。嘢食都係普通。
佢叫日式risotto，即係，泡飯，唔係吓話。
