停不了的Dine out 4 - Gusto di Quattro

這間餐廳對我們來說真的是新的嘗試。結果我們都沒有失望。

位於North Van的Gusto di Quattro，屬於Italian restaurant。



餐廳面積不算很大，不過氣氛很好，我尤其喜愛它的wall painting。




First course: chicken pea and roasted garlic soup
garlic的濃香，加上爽脆的bacon bits，真的恰到好處。


Another choice of first course: pizza
很正宗的意式薄crust pizza，非常好！


Main course:

真正的al dente口感，而且portion很大。不過個人覺得偏鹹了一點，不過朋友覺得ok，可能我平時慣食得比較清淡。

Dessert: 一個甜（nutella嵌配banana sauce）嘅炸餃子


Another choice of dessert - rasberry sorbet and white chocolate moouse.


Conclusion: I will be back! :) Love the pizza and pasta.
