停不了的Dine out 1 - C Restaurant

已經有若干年沒有參與Dine Out Vancouver event，因為近幾年我在這個時候通常都身在外地。適逢今年沒有外遊的計劃，所以便趁機想以比較相宜的價錢去fine dining。

第一間訂的是C restaurant。因為我比較遲訂的關係，所以訂不到六人枱，所以變成了Girls' Night Out。

Open kitchen. 生蠔看起來很新鮮啊。


雖然我們都準時到達，不過之前有些over time。在等候其間，我們在bar section試了些免費的小吃。


友人order extra的生蠔


1st course: ox tail soup, 味道一般


2nd course: Lobster risotto ($8 extra). This one is great!


Entree: pork belly with scallop. This one is not bad.


My friend ordered the other entree selection: steak


Dessert: chocolate cake + white chocolate moouse


Final: cookies to go


Sadly to say, besides the lobster risotto, there is nothing much to rave about. With this price tag, we probably will not go back. But I have to say the risotto is good. :)
