Easter Long weekend

4 days of holidays! What a treat!

But wait a second...it's gonna be no "fun"...My only plan is house cleaning, since my mom is coming for a visit.

Besides she's a bit picky on cleanliness, my house does need some clean up. It's in fact the "annual" clean up time. The den, my bedroom, the family room all need "serious work".

So, I spent more than one day to file all the bills (which was there since last year), got rid of many plastic bags lying around the shelf, and categorized different magazines in the den.

Spent half a day to hang up all the coat lying on the sofa, and clean up the family room.

Another half a day to clean up my mom's mater ensuite: wash the sink, toilet bowl, bath tub. In her room, throw away any scrap paper here and there. Wash the dusty window bay area.

On the 3rd day, clean my own computer room. It was the messiest area. Many bag of paper, rubber stamping tools lying around the floor from my card making hobby.

Also, did a few laundry, ironing and mop the floor. My husband helped out changing a few light bulb, and swap the CRT monitor to LCD. Since I have complained that the TV is too low for the eyesight, finally we lift up the TV and put a few phonebooks underneath. It's so much better now.

Lastly on Monday, I had hair cut, bought some flower, stock up grocery and cook dinner, as well as took my car to the autoshop to fix the bumper.

Time FLIES, my long holiday is now gone!
