I have joined a 5K run this year, thank you to the sponsorship from boss' wife who is helping out charity.
The course is in Stanley Park, but different from the Mothers Day run course. I like the Soctia Bank 5K course as it's along the sea wall (rather flat) and we got to enjoy the cool breeze from the sea.
Despite a much easier course than Sun Run, I manage to do worse. And I can hardly run. It must be from the Vegas buffet few days ago!
